The day began with a message from you.
“God morning my love! Have an amazing day! Be great! Be happy! Share you awesomeness with the world!”.
You truly have a way of inspiring me to be filled with joy. I’m filled with the hope and anticipation that I get to spend my life with someone who truly gets me. You have this innate ability to read my moods and emotions like an open book. You have a sixth sense for my needs and desires. There are countless small moments that reaffirmed how deeply you understand me. You can sense when a kind word, a blown kiss, or simply some quiet time to reflect is needed. You have an intuition about my feelings and needs that goes beyond words.
During our morning conversation, we talked about your upcoming test. You show such confidence in everything you do. You make me feel so honored to be a part of your life.
But, you showed me something very important today…
You showed me how my love for you was damaging us. Your concern (annoyance) was about my constant comparisons of love. I was so caught up in “feeling” my love for you that I didn’t realize that I was even doing it. The “I love you more” statements. My love for you, at times, feels so intense that it’s difficult for even me to believe that it’s real, and that made it hard to believe that anyone could truly love anyone else in that way. I intended no harm with my statements, but even good intentions can have negative effects. Thank you for bringing it to my attention
You are right, our communication is simply amazing. I’m glad that you feel comfortable enough to tell me when I doing something that needs correction. I will do anything to keep you happy. You have truly changed my life and I can’t imagine anyone better for me.
